  The customer service was great. I hadn't been in long before someone came to ask if I needed help. They got me a cart and loaded it. They told me to ask for someone to put it in my vehicle. A lady had me come to her station and quickly rang me through. A gentleman brought my chairs out and helped me tie them down once he got them loaded. I had a great experience at the Lowe's on the South end of Paducah.

  Robert in plumbing is a true asset to the company. His knowledge and experience along with his willingness to assist customers is a true blessing when you need help. He helped me numerous times and he approached me. He saved me several return trips by recommending other options to the task at hand. In other words he knew I didn't have a clue to what I needed or what I was doing and corrected me without making me feel stupid. Also Lowe's is my favorite shopping place for all things possible.
